Getting started

Setup + warmup basics

How long does it take to warm up an inbox?
First placements verify within ~24 hours. The standard ramp reaches plateau (50 sends / day) in 9 days. Most accounts hit a stable reputation score around day 14-21 — fresh domains can take 30 days for the final ESPs to flip green.
Can I warm up a brand-new domain?
Yes — that's our main use case. The standard ramp is designed for fresh domains. Make sure SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured correctly first (our free tools generate the records for you).
What happens if my real campaign is sent during warmup?
Warmup sends are interleaved into your real send schedule. If your warmup ramp is 30/day and you send 70 real emails, your inbox sends 100 total — within the ESP's daily cap. Heavy real-send days automatically slow warmup back down.
Do I have to keep warmup running forever?
No — once your reputation stabilises, you can switch to maintenance mode (10-15 warmup sends per day, just enough to keep the score steady). Most users keep it on all the time though — the marginal cost is low and reputation can drift quickly without it.
Providers + integrations

Mailbox connection

Which mailboxes do you support?
Native OAuth for Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and personal Outlook. Standards-compliant SMTP + IMAP for Zoho, Fastmail, ProtonMail Bridge, Hey, GMX, Yandex, Mail.ru, Mailcow, cPanel, Plesk, Mailu — basically anything that speaks SMTP.
Do I need to grant admin access for Workspace / M365?
No — per-user OAuth scopes only. We request `gmail.modify` (Gmail) or `Mail.ReadWrite` + `Mail.Send` (Graph) on a single mailbox at a time. No tenant-wide admin consent needed.
Can I connect multiple inboxes from the same domain?
Yes. Most teams warm up 3-10 inboxes per domain in parallel. The peer pool is large enough that no two of your inboxes ever talk to each other directly.
What if I'm on a custom mail server?
Use the SMTP + IMAP path. Detection by domain pre-fills the SMTP host. IMAP is optional but strongly recommended — without it we can send but can't mark replies as read or move from Spam, which cuts the warmup signal in half.
Pricing + billing

Plans, trials, refunds

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, full feature access, no credit card required to start. You can pick Basic, Pro or Max for the trial; you can switch plans during the trial without losing data.
How does per-inbox pricing work?
Each connected mailbox counts as one inbox. A Basic plan with 5 inboxes is $15 × 5 = $75/mo. Annual billing saves 20% (Basic becomes $12/inbox/mo when paid yearly).
Can I add inboxes mid-month?
Yes — added inboxes are prorated to the day. Same for removing inboxes (we credit the unused days against your next bill). New inboxes start warming within minutes of being connected.
What unlocks the developer API?
The Pro plan adds rate-limited API access (60 req/min per workspace). The Max plan adds unlimited API + webhook subscriptions. Basic doesn't include API access.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved. Pro-only features (custom templates, custom topics, API) become read-only. Re-upgrade anytime to restore full access.
Do you offer discounts for agencies or non-profits?
Volume discounts kick in from 25 inboxes. NGOs with verified non-profit status get 30% off any plan. Email us for either.
Security + privacy

Where your data lives

Where is my data hosted?
Hetzner Cloud in Falkenstein, Germany. Our own /29 IP block. Nothing leaves the EU. Optional dedicated IP on the Max plan if you want your reputation isolated from other tenants.
How are OAuth tokens + SMTP passwords stored?
Envelope-encrypted: a per-record DEK encrypts the secret, then the DEK is encrypted by a KEK managed in HashiCorp Vault. DEKs rotate quarterly. The plaintext secret only exists in memory while a worker uses it.
Can I export my data?
Yes — Settings → Workspace → Audit log has a full export of every state-changing event. We're also building a one-click "Export everything" zip (GDPR Article 20). DM if you need it sooner.
What about right-to-delete?
Cancelling a workspace starts a 30-day grace window — you can restore anytime before it ends. After the window, everything except the WORM audit log is hard-deleted. The audit log is retained for 7 years per legal record-keeping rules, then purged.
Are you GDPR-compliant?
Yes — designed for GDPR from day one. EU data residency, encryption at rest + in transit, DPA available on request, right-to-export + right-to-delete built in. Sub-processor list published and updated when it changes.
Deliverability + warmup signal

Why this works

How is this different from sending to a list of seed mailboxes?
Seed-list spamming is easy for ESPs to detect — the recipients never reply, never move out of spam, never mark as important. Our peers actually do all three. Real engagement signals beat any volume of one-way sends.
Will the AI content trip spam filters?
Every generated message is scored against a deliverability rubric before being sent — subject heuristics, link counts, sender patterns. Borderline content gets regenerated. We also track which patterns underperform per-ESP and feed that back into the prompt.
What if my reputation drops despite warmup?
The dashboard flags per-ESP divergence — one bucket dropping while others stay steady usually means a content or technical issue. Recommendations point at the likely cause (SPF too long, DMARC too strict, template fingerprint), and the inbox academy has playbooks for each.
Can I use Warmup with my outreach tool (Lemlist, Smartlead, Instantly...)?
Yes — Warmup runs alongside any outreach platform. Connect the inbox to both. We'll coordinate sends to stay under the daily cap; your outreach tool handles the campaign content.
